Warranty Policy

Products sold by Piknik Products Company Inc. are designed and manufactured to exacting standards and carry a one year warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship.  When used under normal conditions and cared for in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions, you will get years of use from Piknik’s products.

Some of our products are made from natural, unprocessed materials and variances in color, consistency and pattern are normal, and enhance the uniqueness of your Piknik products.

The Piknik warranty does not cover damage caused by excessive wear, improper cleaning or misuse, or normal wear and tear (faded or chipped paint, dents or worn silicone seals) If you discover a defect during the warranty period, Piknik will repair or replace the product, if it was purchased through an authorized dealer and you used and cared for the product as intended.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact customercare@piknikcompany.com and a Customer Care Representative will contact you.   You must provide proof of purchase, be the original purchaser and you will be asked to return the defective product to Piknik once you receive a Return Merchandise Authorization code (RMA) from a Customer Care Representative.
